The Director will lead SAP ECC and related applications, partnering with business leaders on acquisitions, integrations, modernization, and long-term technology strategy. This role standardizes processes, enables growth, and ensures investments deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or Business. MBA or SAP/enterprise tech cert preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in enterprise applications and ERP environments.
• Hands-on SAP ECC project experience including implementations, upgrades, or integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Applications strategy and roadmap for SAP ECC and related platforms.
• Drive acquisitions and integrations; establish scalable processes for future integrations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial, HR, and Shared Services to translate requirements into tech solutions.
