Job summary

Bedrock Detroit LLC is seeking a Director of Applications to lead strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of the company’s enterprise applications portfolio. You will oversee roadmaps, vendor relationships, budgets, and governance to enable growth and efficiency.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders, guiding architecture, development, integration, and upgrades for platforms such as Salesforce, Yardi, and Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10-12 years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in commercial real estate.
• Experience leading teams responsible for architecture, development, and integration of enterprise apps.
• Experience with Salesforce, Yardi, Workday or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Bedrock's enterprise applications portfolio.
• Lead the Applications team and foster a high-performing culture.
• Oversee planning, prioritization, and delivery of app development, integration, and support.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for enhancements and new tech solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and performance.
• Develop and manage application roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Establish and monitor application performance metrics and KPIs.
• Drive modernization and security across the applications portfolio.
