The Salesforce Analyst/Administrator, internally titled Applications Analyst, supports the administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce and associated business applications. This role partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, provide application support, document business processes, and participate in application enhancement projects that support Bedrock's leasing, development, legal, and operational functions. The Salesforce Analyst/Administrator works closely with their Applications team and business users to ensure technology solutions effectively support business processes and organizational objectives
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 4 years of experience administering Salesforce or a comparable enterprise application platform. Salesforce Administrator Certification required. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and developing technical specifications. Experience supporting leasing, legal, development, construction, property management, or related business applications preferred. Experience participating in application architecture, development, integration, implementation, and support activities. Experience configuring Salesforce security, workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, permissions, and user administration. Experience working within commercial real estate organizations and integrated development, construction, and property management environments preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Bedrock is an in-person, five-day-a-week workplace. All team members are expected to work on site Monday through Friday during standard business hours, unless otherwise specified by their role or designated shift. Some roles may have flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, based on the nature of the work and business needs. This flexibility is granted at the discretion of the Company and may be adjusted at any time. Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use; occasional movement between buildings; ability to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
