Brady Worldwide Inc is seeking an exceptional Director of Enterprise Applications to lead CCEX, Non-ERP, and Engineering applications across a global organization. This executive role focuses on standing up, stabilizing, and optimizing critical applications during and after Brady's corporate separation.

The position is based in Fort Mill, SC, with a focus on driving architectural standards, seamless integrations with SAP and Snowflake, and delivering a robust digital customer journey and product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years in enterprise IT applications management or technical leadership.
• 7+ years managing multidisciplinary software teams including managers and offshore partners.
• Deep knowledge of CCEX architectures (CRM, e-commerce, MDM).
• Experience with PLM/OT test manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in agile development and complex integrations across a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for CCEX, Non-ERP, and Engineering applications.
• Oversee a global team of ~25 professionals; drive roadmap and stability post-separation.
• Ensure robust integrations with SAP ERP and Snowflake data warehousing.
• Lead architecture for CCEX ecosystem including CRM portals and e-commerce.
• Coordinate with IMO to support TSA exit plans and Day 1 readiness.
