Job summary

EverQuote is seeking a Director, Enterprise Analytics in a hybrid Cambridge, MA role. You will lead a team translating large customers’ needs into optimized acquisition campaigns and collaborate with Business Development, Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management to shape offerings for insurance carriers.

You will manage and grow analysts, communicate with customers and executives, and drive data-driven strategy across the Analytics function.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics experience or related domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field (or demonstrated analytical ability).
• Proven experience managing people, including senior analysts or managers.
• Experience engaging B2B customers directly.
• Strong SQL skills; able to pull, shape, and analyze large datasets (Snowflake a plus).
• Solid experimentation fundamentals: significance, power, incrementality, confound control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the Enterprise Analytics team, developing talent and filling gaps.
• Collaborate across Analytics teams and functions to shape Enterprise strategy and campaigns.
• Engage with carriers to translate goals into concrete bidding actions.
• Refine and execute strategies to build an industry-leading Analytics function.
