Qualifications

• Workday Expertise: Minimum 12 years leading complex, large‑scale Workday Financials implementations on 5+ projects.
• Experience integrating Workday with 3+ third‑party systems across multiple projects.
• Lifecycle experience: strategy, requirements, design, testing, training, and support for full cycles.
• AI/ML deployment: proven automation or AI‑agent solutions within ERP with measurable gains.
• Data modeling: experience structuring financial data models and data hygiene for AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Workday’s embedded AI and ML within Financials.
• Architect scalable financial automation workflows and integration strategies.
• Serve as Workday Financials SME across design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate workshops, translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Ensure connectivity between Workday and external systems via integration strategies.
• Mentor consultants and analysts, driving high‑quality delivery and knowledge growth.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to stakeholders; enforce standards and best practices.
