Job summary

Crisis Prevention Institute Inc. seeks a Director to lead CPI’s enterprise AI platforms, governance, and responsible adoption. You will establish controls, oversee approved services, evaluate integrations, and build learning programs to improve how teams work.

You will partner with Technology, Information Security, Data, Legal, Finance, HR, and business leaders to ensure safe, effective adoption and measurable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with substantial hands-on enterprise technology experience.
• Seven or more years in enterprise technology, platform operations, digital adoption, or related field.
• Experience implementing or administering enterprise AI, SaaS, automation, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, models, tokens, APIs, data protection, and security controls.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging technology training and adoption programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy and governance, aligning roadmap with business needs.
• Own enterprise AI platforms, licensing, access, configurations, and controls.
• Evaluate and deploy AI features and integrations with stakeholders.
• Develop AI literacy and responsible-use training across diverse audiences.
