Job summary

Crisis Prevention Institute is seeking a Director of Customer Platform & Delivery to own CPI’s learning platform strategy, delivery roadmap, and client outcomes. You will lead collaboration with product management and engineering to move CPI’s training to a digital‑first model while preserving exceptional enterprise service.

You’ll partner with marketing, sales, and operations to scale content delivery, ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance, build configurable catalogs with pricing, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years in product, platform, or delivery roles, with leadership experience.
• Shipped a major B2B platform or product release incrementally.
• Direct accountability to enterprise clients for delivery commitments.
• Gross‑margin or P&L ownership for services or custom work.
• Leading through a separate engineering organization without direct authority.
• Declining scope by stating trade-offs clearly.
• Pricing and packaging literacy.
• Clear, structured communication with executives and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own CPI’s proprietary learning management platform and its outcomes for learners, admins, instructors, and third‑party LMSs.
• Own the platform delivery roadmap aligned with product priorities.
• Ship releases as increments with defined criteria, not single launches.
• Partner with marketing and sales for launch readiness.
• Ensure content delivery conforms to SCORM/xAPI and WCAG/A accessibility standards.
• Assign a named owner and defined success metrics to every surface.
• Run custom solutions as a revenue line with scoping, quoting and margin.
• Build and maintain a catalog of configurable variants with list pricing.
• Own platform support escalation and move volume to self‑service.
• Collaborate with Engineering on cadence, capacity, and trade‑offs.
• Perform other position‑related duties as assigned.
