Job summary

Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) seeks a Director to lead enterprise AI platforms, governance, and responsible adoption, partnering with multiple departments to maximize value and safe use across the organization.

The role combines platform operations, financial stewardship, and hands-on coaching to drive adoption, reduce duplication, and deliver measurable business outcomes with a focus on responsible AI implementation.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in enterprise tech, platform ops, digital adoption, or org change.
• Experience implementing or administering enterprise AI, SaaS, automation, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of generative AI, models, agents, APIs, connectors, data protection, and responsible-use controls.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging technology training and adoption programs.
• Ability to connect business workflows to technology capabilities and evaluate usage, costs, adoption, and value.

Responsibilities

• Develop an enterprise AI roadmap aligned with business needs and CPI's technology strategy.
• Own day-to-day AI governance processes and coordinate the AI Governance Committee.
• Partner with security, legal, privacy, HR, and data on security, data access, retention, and regulatory requirements.
• Define responsible experimentation and escalation paths for approved AI capabilities.
• Serve as operational owner for AI platforms, licensing, access, configuration, models, connectors, and controls.
• Track AI licensing, subscriptions, costs, utilization, and vendor performance; forecast spend with Finance.
• Build an enterprise program teaching employees how to use Microsoft 365, Copilot, CRM, and other approved tools.
• Develop AI literacy and practical responsible-use training for executives, leaders, and staff.
• Establish a network of AI champions and collaborate with HR on adoption after launch.
