Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Strong ability to translate customer problems into scalable product solutions.
• Practical AI fluency and curiosity about applied AI, automation, and data-driven workflow products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Skan’s core platform, connecting process intelligence, workflow understanding, data, UX, and AI-readiness into a coherent strategy.
• Partner with founders and executive team to translate vision into clear priorities and investments.
• Lead product management across platform capabilities, including workflows, data insights, and enterprise controls.
• Build a disciplined product operating model with planning, prioritization, and accountability.
• Engage directly with customers and field teams to translate complex workflows into scalable platform capabilities.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term strategy, making tradeoffs on speed, quality, and security.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure roadmaps are technically grounded and delivery-ready.
• Productize process intelligence data into insights and AI-ready context.
• Define measurable product success metrics and governance.
