Job summary

Evolent Health LLC is building a new AI platform and seeks a Director, Product Management (AI) to define and deliver shared platform components empowering AI capabilities across the company. You will work with architects, data scientists and leaders on decisions that shape the next five years of speed to market.

You will lead a team of product managers, align with engineering, design, sales, marketing and operations, establish KPIs, report to executives, and ensure regulatory compliance while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record launching and scaling complex software products.
• Strong understanding of agile development and product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product line.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client feedback.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Lead a team of product managers and foster innovation and accountability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing and operations across lifecycle.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and report to executives.
• Ensure products comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Drive adoption of GenAI capabilities across product offerings.
