Job summary

Crunchyroll, LLC in Los Angeles seeks a Director of AI Enablement to lead the enterprise-wide AI Enablement function and accelerate AI adoption across the company. You will partner with Engineering, IT, Data, and other teams to turn AI opportunities into practical solutions.

You will build capabilities, programs, and governance, manage a lean team, and shape the AI learning agenda while staying abreast of AI developments to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in engineering, CS, or related tech fields with strategy/AI enablement focus.
• Experience leading enterprise AI enablement across multiple teams or functions.
• Track record redesigning workflows with AI, agents, and automation.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Crunchyroll's enterprise-wide AI Enablement strategy, roadmap, priorities, and operating model.
• Work with teams to identify AI opportunities and redesign workflows using AI, agents, and automation.
• Translate business problems into AI use cases and drive prototypes to adoption.
• Help teams determine when to use AI tools, agents, automation, or deeper technical solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Enterprise Tech, Data & Insights, IT to scale solutions.
• Own company-wide AI learning and capability-building agenda.
• Identify and manage external AI experts, vendors, and partners.
• Build repeatable approaches and patterns to scale AI across functions.
• Establish milestones, metrics, and governance for AI adoption.
• Lead a lean, high-performing AI Enablement team and foster communities of practice.
• Stay close to AI developments and translate impact into opportunities for Crunchyroll.
