Crunchyroll is seeking a Director of AI Enablement to lead the enterprise-wide AI Enablement function and accelerate adoption across engineering, enterprise technology, data, IT, and other teams. You will design workflows, identify AI opportunities, and translate business problems into practical AI use cases with scalable solutions.

The role requires building a lean team, partnering with technical groups, and managing external experts to drive adoption and measurable impact across Crunchyroll.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in engineering, strategy or AI enablement.
• Proven enterprise AI enablement across multiple teams.
• Track record redesigning workflows with AI, agents, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise AI Enablement strategy, roadmap and operating model.
• Redesign workflows using AI, agents and automation across Crunchyroll.
• Translate problems into AI use cases and drive adoption from prototype to production.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, Data & Insights to scale solutions.
• Lead learning programs and manage external AI experts and partners.
