Crunchyroll is seeking a Director of AI Enablement to lead the company-wide AI adoption program from our Los Angeles headquarters. You will partner with engineering, data, IT, and product teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, design scalable workflows, and drive adoption across functions.

This role requires deep experience in enterprise AI enablement and strong executive communication. The position supports a hybrid work model with three days onsite in Los Angeles and offers a

Qualifications

• 12+ years in engineering or a related field with strategy/AI enablement
• Proven enterprise AI enablement leadership across multiple teams or functions
• Ability to redesign multiple complex workflows using AI, agents, and automation
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills across business and technical teams
• Experience translating business needs into AI use cases that engineers can build
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide AI Enablement strategy, roadmap, priorities, and operating model
• Redesign workflows with AI, agents, and automation across Crunchyroll teams
• Define AI use cases and move opportunities from discovery to deployment
• Partner with Engineering, IT, Data, and other tech teams to scale solutions
• Lead the AI Enablement team and build scalable AI capabilities
• Establish governance, milestones, and metrics for AI adoption
