Job summary

Cloudflare, Seattle-based, seeks an entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead the DN/AI Growth segment. You will scale a high-performing team and drive acquisition and expansion of startup accounts into Cloudflare's platform.

Bring founder mentality, deep VC ecosystem familiarity, and a sharp view of hyperscaler dynamics to position Cloudflare as the infrastructure layer for modern workloads. PLG to enterprise transitions are a focus.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise software sales, with 3+ leading sales teams.
Proven track record in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or developer platform sales.
Strong network within tech startups and VC ecosystems.
Experience in hybrid GTM models that blend PLG and top-down sales.

Responsibilities

Own and exceed quarterly revenue targets across new logo and expansion deals.
Recruit, coach, and scale a high-tempo sales team for technical buyers.
Articulate Cloudflare’s value across connectivity, AI tooling, and security offerings.
Partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing to convert self-serve usage into enterprise deals.
Sponsor high-growth startups and VC partners as a strategic executive.
