Cloudflare is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead our DN/AI Growth Segment, focusing on both the acquisition and expansion of our fastest-growing Startup accounts. You will scale a high-performing team tasked with bringing the world’s most innovative AI companies onto Cloudflare's platform.

To thrive, you must bring a founder mentality and deep familiarity with the VC ecosystem to capture high-growth startups at inception.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software sales with 3+ years leading sales teams.
• Proven success selling in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or developer platforms.
• Strong network in startup/VC ecosystems and ability to engage high-potential accounts early.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed quarterly revenue targets for AI startup ecosystem.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-tempo sales team for technical buyers.
• Articulate value across Cloudflare's connectivity cloud and developer platforms.
• Partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing to convert self-serve usage into enterprise deals.
• Act as executive sponsor for startups and VC partners to position Cloudflare as foundational infrastructure.
