Job summary

FFF Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Director of AI/ML to lead enterprise AI strategy, architecture, and delivery across the data platform. You will build and guide a team delivering ML, generative AI, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation using Databricks and Microsoft technologies.

You will partner with Data Engineering, Reporting, and business teams to operationalize AI capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and governed solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, or four years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Advanced knowledge of AI, ML, and generative AI technologies.
• Knowledge of agent-based AI architectures and multi-agent systems.
• Knowledge of RPA concepts and intelligent automation strategies.
• Understanding of enterprise AI governance, security, and model lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise AI and intelligent automation strategy.
• Lead the development of enterprise AI architecture using Databricks AI capabilities.
• Lead a team of AI engineers and automation developers to deliver AI solutions.
• Oversee AI and automation solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate work across AI engineering, data engineering, reporting, and business stakeholders.
• Design and implement generative AI and agentic architectures for enterprise use.
• Lead RPA initiatives using Microsoft Power Automate and integrate AI with automation workflows.
• Establish governance, security, and reliability standards for AI/automation.
