Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing multi-discipline design teams, preferably in Consumer Products or Food & Beverage.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in design and construction document production.
• Experience as Engineer of Record required.
• Professional Engineer Licensure is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Technical Delivery Team.
• Participate in milestone reviews of design deliverables.
• Collaborate with Discipline Leads and Project Managers.
• Monitor weekly labor utilization for productivity.
• Develop plans for continuous improvements.
• Foster collaboration with other Engineering Managers.
• Assist in proposal preparation for new work.
