Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field; and related experience in hospital/healthcare facilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, directing staff, and managing budgets in complex environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare building systems and applicable codes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs programs to manage building maintenance, grounds, equipment, and utilities distribution.
• Supervises project assignments including in-house construction, renovation, and engineering activities.
• Prepares reports and audits for senior management and budget planning.
• Assists in data collection and cost estimation for projects; coordinates staff meetings.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, state health dept, EPA, OSHA and related regulations.
• Provides guidance and training to staff; represents the Director in meetings as needed.
