Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of enterprise B2B software experience, with 5+ years in product management for SaaS/enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on Windows policy and configuration management experience (Group Policy, ADMX, baselines).

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end for endpoint policy and configuration management.
• Drive the roadmap for Windows policy management and ensure parity with traditional infrastructure.
• Expand Linux configuration management capabilities and hardening controls.
• Lead legacy migration and baseline import tooling for policy enforcement.
• Define policy enforcement state and compliance reporting for audit and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, marketing, and sales to align on vision and GTM motions.
• Develop KPI framework to measure policy adoption, taming drift, and platform impact.
