Job summary

Tusker is seeking a Director-Lifecycle Management Practice to lead growth and market positioning for Endpoint Lifecycle Management, configuration services, break/fix, and asset recovery. You’ll partner across Sales, Architecture, OEMs, Marketing, and Operations to drive business results.

Responsibilities include setting the strategic vision, roadmapping offerings, and delivering repeatable, profitable services while improving customer satisfaction and delivery effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business/technical experience.
• Experience leading technology lifecycle services or related practice leadership.
• Familiarity with OEM partners (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft) or similar vendors.
• Experience supporting sales, solution scoping, and go-to-market activity.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, ConnectWise PSA, Power BI, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision, annual business plan, and growth priorities for the Lifecycle Management Practice.
• Develop the practice roadmap for Endpoint Lifecycle Management and related services.
• Assess revenue, gross profit, services attachment, delivery performance, and market opportunity.
• Build a scalable practice framework for repeatable sales motions and delivery alignment.
• Identify market opportunities and investment priorities to increase customer value.
• Create practical, customer-facing solutions that simplify buying, scoping, and delivery.
• Drive performance across revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
