Tanium is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team within the Endpoint Team, collaborating with product managers, security engineers, and senior leadership to drive development of our unified endpoint management and security platform.

You will hire and coach engineers, shape the vision and roadmap, ensure on-time delivery, and promote a collaborative, innovative culture while delivering scalable, reliable software across Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing high-performing engineering teams, preferably in systems engineering
• 10+ years designing, developing, testing, and deploying software products
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-level reliable and scalable solutions
• Understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS system concepts
• Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Able to think creatively and apply first-principles thinking
• Keeps up with industry trends and evaluates new technologies
