Job summary

Roadrunner is seeking a technology leader to drive the End User Engineering & Support function from Downers Grove, IL. You will lead a team that delivers secure, reliable end-user services, scalable endpoint management, and integrated identity solutions for a distributed workforce.

You will own the Microsoft 365 portfolio, automate repetitive tasks, and align support with business priorities while maintaining high standards for incident response and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in End User Computing, IT Support, or related function.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint management and identity services.
• Experience with provisioning, packaging, deployment, patching, and device compliance.
• Experience managing ITSM and service desk practices across incident, request, problem and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-user technology operations and coach the End User Engineering & Support team.
• Engineer scalable endpoint environment and standard workstation builds.
• Own Microsoft 365 services, identity, licensing, and device services.
• Transform the end-user support experience from first contact to resolution.
• Oversee asset management, lifecycle records, and procurement standards.
• Drive automation, self-service, and zero-touch deployment capabilities.
• Manage vendors, investments, and cost with defined deliverables.
