Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR, Employee Experience, or Talent Operations.
• Experience designing high-touch onboarding and engagement programs.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement initiatives, culture activities, and internal communications.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and leadership to improve the employee journey.
• Oversee engagement surveys, insights, and follow-up actions.
• Support community events, wellness programming, and employee recognition.
• Act as a culture ambassador.
