Job summary

AdventHealth in Maitland, FL seeks an experienced Employee Health Manager for a full-time, day-shift role. You will supervise an employee health team across onboarding centers and clinics, develop staff education, and ensure compliant, safe care.

The role coordinates with infection prevention, HR, and nursing leaders to implement health programs. You will manage staffing, performance, and reporting, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives while using Epic EMR and PureOHS to support

Qualifications

Leads employee health services with strong clinical and operational oversight.
Manages multi-site programs across states and regions.
Works with leadership to implement health strategies and policies.
Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy requirements.
Develops and delivers education for employee health teams and clinics.

Responsibilities

Tracks and monitors budget for employee health activities and supplies.
Provides supervision to employee health team in onboarding centers or clinics.
Delivers training on best practices in employee/occupational health.
Sets staffing and hours to ensure safe, effective care and operations.
Creates reports from data and metrics for internal/external committees.
Collaborates across infection prevention, HR, nursing leadership, and other departments.
