You will develop content, facilitate events, and maintain program data and reports, ensuring timely milestones and budget tracking. Requires strong communication and project management skills, with 2+ years in health care settings.

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train and coach others; dynamic instructor and polished speaker.
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management and planning skills.
• Excellent knowledge of CREATION Life and health promotion principles.
• Superior organization skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strategic and critical thinking for practical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with hospital departments.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and other Office 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all processes for programs as needed and supports program strategy.
• Develops meeting content, materials, and facilitates events and programs.
• Implements engagement plans and program improvements; reports monthly on status.
• Maintains program data, master lists, and reporting materials.
• Oversees daily quality control and technical performance of programs.
• Creates program communications, including a monthly newsletter; works with marketing.
