Responsibilities

• Leads and supports government program management and communication processes.
• Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical departments to implement government programs.
• Conducts operational analyses to validate interventions and identify opportunities.
• Implements new government payment program care redesign initiatives.
• Engages with third-party organizations supporting program implementation.
• Manages relationships with healthcare provider organizations in programs.
• Leads quality improvement collaboratives and 90-day initiatives.
• Prepares and presents reports and recommendations to department leadership.
