Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in labor relations, preferably in a unionized healthcare environment.
• Experience working with internal and external union representatives and supporting the collective bargaining, grievance and arbitration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the organization's labor relations strategy in a unionized healthcare system.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert on collective bargaining agreements, grievance administration, labor negotiations, and union-management relations.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership, HR, and operations on labor matters and ensure correct interpretation of agreements.
• Oversee daily labor relations operations and supervise the Labor Relations Specialist.
