3M seeks a Director, Vertical Operations for Electronics to translate the President’s vision into actionable strategy across Consumer Electronics, Semi-conductors and Datacenter markets. You’ll own the operating model, governance, and executive communications in a high-visibility role that partners with Finance, Strategy, and cross-functional teams to deliver OKRs.

This on-site role requires strong leadership across multiple business units and alignment with corporate strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Ten years of progressive experience in strategy, business operations, or strategy-and-operations leadership roles in a private, public, government or military environment.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Industry experience in Electronics or related sectors.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization serving multiple business units or verticals.
• Demonstrated success translating executive vision into prioritized strategy and measurable execution.
• Proven experience building and running executive operating cadences at scale.
• Track record of producing board-ready narratives and performance communications in partnership with Finance.
• Experience influencing and aligning senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
