Virtium seeks a strategic, hands-on Senior Director of Operations to lead Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality across U.S. and Vietnam. This role owns demand planning, material readiness, production planning, and customer commitments, reporting to the VP of Operations and driving scalable, high-velocity execution.

The candidate will strengthen operational discipline, build teams, and implement processes to support rapid growth in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or business.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain leadership.
• Direct leadership of SMT/electronics operations and customer delivery.
• Experience across US and Asia, with multi-site responsibility.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and lean process improvement.
• Track record delivering improvements in cost, quality, and delivery.

Responsabilités

• Own Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality end-to-end.
• Lead SMT/electronics manufacturing, materials, supplier management, and inventory.
• Run weekly production meetings and executive reviews with KPIs.
• Drive improvements in on-time delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Develop leaders and scalable operating processes for growth.
