Solar Landscape is seeking a Director of Environmental, Health & Safety Operations to lead EHS programs across our growing portfolio of commercial rooftop projects. This role partners with Construction, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure safe, compliant delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related safety/environmental/engineering field required.
• 8+ years of EHS experience in construction, EPC, renewable energy, utilities or related industries.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site safety programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of Environmental, Health & Safety programs across all project sites.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, environmental regulations and company standards.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and compliance reviews; identify and mitigate risks.
• Drive proactive safety culture through leadership, coaching and field engagement.
• Oversee environmental compliance programs including waste management and spill prevention.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and competency programs; mentor team members.
