Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Project Environmental Safety & Health (ES&H) Lead for a solar power project portfolio across the United States. Responsibilities include developing and executing the environmental, safety, and health program on site and in support of project teams.

The role requires a practical application of occupational safety disciplines, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, construction, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety/health or international equivalent.
• 8–14 years of relevant ES&H experience depending on formal education.
• Experience implementing safety programs on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages project-level safety and health programs for large-scale projects.
• Ensures safety requirements are integrated in planning, design, procurement and construction.
• Prepares regulatory reports and supports ES&H teams across project groups.
• Coordinates with Safety Manager and other functional leads to address ES&H needs.
• Participates in development of project Safety and Health Management Plans and training.
