Solar Landscape is seeking a Director of Environmental, Health & Safety Operations to lead EHS programs across commercial rooftop solar projects. This highly visible leadership role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on engagement to ensure safe project delivery and compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will develop a proactive safety culture, conduct site audits, and promote sustainable practices, working closely with various teams to enhance safety across operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of EHS experience in construction or renewable energy.
• 3+ years managing multi-site safety programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and environmental regulations.
• Experience in large-scale construction or renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of EHS programs across project sites.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Drive a proactive safety culture and oversee safety programs.
