Job summary

Colorado State University in Fort Collins seeks a Director of the Educational Talent Search Program. This 12-month, full-time Administrative-Professional appointment reports to the Executive Director of the Access Center and oversees implementation of TRIO ETS services for up to 1,000 students.

Salary is $85,000 with full university benefits; start date around October 2026, contingent on funding. Responsibilities include managing federal objectives, supervising staff, coordinating partnerships

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in education or related field as required by the grant.
  • Minimum five years’ experience administering college access or TRIO programs.
  • Minimum three years’ experience supervising professional staff.
  • Minimum three years’ experience with budgeting, program development, and federal compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement ETS grant proposal and oversee the program.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with campus programs and external partners.
  • Plan, manage the budget and ensure compliance with federal and CSU policies.
  • Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff across the program.
  • Implement program assessment and submit required Department of Education reports.
