Job summary

MSM Global Education is seeking a driven Senior Manager / Associate Director, Partnerships to identify, win, and grow client relationships with educational institutions and EdTech brands. • 7-10 years of B2B sales experience in digital marketing, EdTech, or education services.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Identify and target schools, colleges, universities, EdTech platforms, and coaching institutes across assigned territories.
• Research the market and map the right decision-makers and key contacts within target institutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitches to position the agency's services.
• Develop proposals and respond to RFPs in collaboration with the creative and strategy teams.
• Drive consistent new client acquisition and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
