Universal Technical Institute is seeking a Director of Education to lead and support faculty, oversee curriculum delivery, and ensure hands-on training for students in automotive, diesel, HVAC, welding, and more.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of leadership experience, with strong project management, strategic thinking, and outstanding communication skills. You will build a high-performing team and ensure compliant, high-quality education across campuses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Education department, including budget management and staffing.

• Fulfill Campus Security Authority (CSA) duties with diligence and care.
• Build and maintain a high-performing education team through effective training and development.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or Management preferred).
