Universal Technical Institute, Inc. in Utah is seeking an Education Manager to lead and mentor a team of Instructors, shaping the student experience and ensuring consistent, top‑tier education across programs.

You will partner with instructors to elevate learning, ensure accreditation readiness, and advocate for students while building a high‑performing department that drives student success and the organization’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or GED accepted.
• 5 years of teaching, management, or related field experience.
• Aviation FAA experience and A&P certification highly preferred.
• Strong project management, strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Manage the Education department, nurture your team, and champion growth.
• Elevate Learning Experience: Partner with instructors to enhance program quality and delivery.
• Be the Compliance Champion: Ensure operations meet legal and accreditation standards.
• Student Advocate & Problem Solver: Guide students, address challenges, and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED accepted (equivalent experience considered).
• Experience: 5 years of prior teaching, management, or related field experience, Aviation experience with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and A&P Certification is highly preferred
• Skills: Project Management and strategic thinking abilities.
• Skills: Excellent communication (verbal & written) and computer proficiency.
• Skills: Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
• Skills: Proven time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
