Universal Technical Institute, Inc. in Utah seeks an Education Manager who will lead the Education department, mentor instructors, and ensure consistent, high-quality instruction for all programs.

You’ll partner with program teams to elevate learning experiences, oversee compliance with accreditation standards, and advocate for students and staff. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for developing talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or GED accepted.
• Minimum 5 years in teaching, management, or related field.
• Experience in transportation or STEM fields preferred.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED accepted (equivalent experience considered).
• Experience: 5 years of prior teaching, management, or related field experience, (transportation or STEM field required)
• Skills: Project Management and strategic thinking abilities.
• Skills: Excellent communication (verbal & written) and computer proficiency.
• Skills: Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
• Skills: Proven time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
