Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Director of eCommerce Marketplaces to own the U.S. marketplace business (DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats) and drive revenue, share, and digital penetration.

You will develop plans, lead executive engagements, and collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Finance to deliver rapid, data-informed growth. The role requires leadership of at least one direct report and a strong track record in eCommerce strategy, with robust financial and analytical acumen to optimize investments

Qualifications

• Experience in driving marketplace growth and revenue.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and senior relationships.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, share, digital penetration, and growth strategy for all marketplace accounts.
• Develop 3YP/1YP and annual operating plans with forecast and JBPs.
• Lead relationships with marketplace platforms and executive customer engagements.
• Oversee investment strategy, retail media, and ROI frameworks.
• Translate data into actionable growth opportunities and leadership-ready plans.
