Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Director of eCommerce Marketplaces to lead the U.S. marketplace business across DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats and other digital channels.

You will own revenue growth, partnerships, and end-to-end marketplace execution, reporting to the Head of eCommerce with responsibility for strategy, planning, and performance results. Lead the team, drive JBPs, forecast, and optimize investments, while collaborating with Sales, Brand, and Finance to turn data into actionable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in CPG, retail, eCommerce, or related field.
• Experience owning customer/platform strategy, commercial plans, and revenue delivery.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable growth recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue, share, digital penetration, and growth strategy for all marketplace accounts.
• Lead marketplace Joint Business Planning, QBRs, JBPs, negotiations, and executive engagements.
• Oversee investment strategy, retail media, and performance optimization across platforms.
