Job summary

The Anheuser-Busch in New York is seeking a Manager, Digital Shelf to define and advance a best-in-class digital shelf vision. This role translates strategy into scalable execution across retailers and marketplaces to grow beer and beverage brands online.

You will lead the development of holistic digital shelf strategies for eRetail and marketplace channels, own the KPI-driven roadmap, manage two contractor reports, and shape AI workstreams from a Digital Shelf perspective.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, market research, consumer packaged goods or related fields.
• Familiarity with and advanced understanding of Digital Shelf and eCommerce fundamentals, and familiarity with digital shelf tools.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize & leverage multiple data points/insights to create digital shelf best practices that unlock eCommerce growth.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Evolve digital shelf reporting to provide a comprehensive view of how our brands and competitors show up across online channels.
• Develop strategy for rollout of Digital Store framework and improve Digital Shelf KPIs.
• Lead product content development (hero images, carousels, SEO descriptions) for megabrands and new launches, and manage ratings & reviews strategy.
• Lead digital shelf AI workstreams and manage two digital shelf contractors.
• Ad hoc work related to eCommerce trainings and partnerships with digital shelf partners.
