Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Director of eCommerce Marketplaces to own the U.S. marketplace business (DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats) and drive sales, share, and digital penetration.

You will collaborate with Sales, Omni, Brand, and Insights to ensure rigorous plans and fast execution across platforms, investments, and retail media. The role requires strong leadership, senior customer engagement, and a data-driven approach to optimize commercial outcomes within a fast-paced, consumer-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in CPG, retail, eCommerce, digital commerce, customer development, or related field.
• Strong eCommerce and marketplace fluency, including retail media, digital shelf, assortment, promotion, and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, share, digital penetration and growth strategy for all marketplace accounts.
• Develop marketplace 3YP, 1YP, annual operating plan, forecast, and customer-specific commercial plans.
• Identify growth gaps, performance risks, and opportunities; mobilize cross-functional action plans.
• Lead Joint Business Planning, QBRs, and executive customer engagements.
• Translate data into decision-ready insights and actions.
