Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
- Ten or more years of related experience; managerial experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead digital commerce and customer experience initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital commerce and customer experience strategy.
- Integrate omnichannel platforms for a seamless shopping experience.
- Oversee performance, security, and scalability of eCommerce platforms.
- Drive digital marketing metrics across SEO, SEM, paid media, and social.
- Collaborate with merchandising to optimize product content, pricing, and promos.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
