Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an EDAPS Global Medical Lead to shape the global medical strategy for oncology assets in early development. You will interpret evolving data, engage with thought leaders, and drive evidence plans and publications to differentiate assets across HO programs.

Role requires strong leadership in a complex matrix, collaboration with GPTs, and the ability to accelerate clinically differentiated asset strategies in a dynamic research environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required with 8–10 years in clinical, medical or pharma industry roles.
• Experience across Medical Affairs, Translational Medicine and/or Clinical Development.
• Therapeutic experience in malignant hematology/oncology; strong scientific/clinical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the EA medical strategy and MEG plans, publications, and communications.
• Develop and execute an integrated plan (IEP-lite) to maximize asset value.
• Collaborate with R&D, Medical, and Commercial teams in a matrixed environment.
• Engage with Thought Leaders and Patient Advocacy groups to inform asset decisions.
• Lead advisory boards and contribute to early clinical development plans.
