Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co. is seeking a Senior Director, EDAPS, to lead the global medical strategy for hematology and oncology assets in early development.

You will work within Global Medical Affairs and partner with Research and Early Clinical Development to shape evidence, plan programs, and engage with thought leaders and patients. The role requires a strong clinical background, matrix leadership, and excellent communication to drive differentiated scientific narratives and program milestones

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD).
• 8–10 years clinical, medical, or pharma industry experience.
• Experience across Medical Affairs, Translational Medicine and Clinical Development.
• Therapeutic experience in malignant hematology and/or oncology.
• Proven ability to interact with thought leaders and key customers.
• Ability to manage multiple assets and timelines in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication skills to synthesize complex information and narratives.
• Enterprise mindset with strong business acumen.
