Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. is seeking a Senior Director to lead the EDAPS medical strategy for selected hematology/oncology assets. You will shape MEG plans, publications, and communications, collaborating with Global Medical Affairs and early development teams to maximize asset value.

You will partner with thought leaders, drive IEP-lite planning, and guide cross-functional program teams to deliver differentiated clinical differentiation across the HO portfolio.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (MD/PhD/PharmD).
• 8–10 years of clinical, medical, or pharma industry experience.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Translational Medicine, and/or Clinical Development.

Responsibilities

• Own the early HO assets medical strategy and MEG plans.
• Lead medical communications strategy and publications.
• Engage with thought leaders and patient advocacy groups.
• Plan and execute advisory boards and cross-functional partnerships.
