Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director, Early Differentiation & Pipeline Strategy (EDAPS) within Global Medical Oncology to drive early-stage hematology and oncology asset strategies from candidate selection to proof-of-concept. You will shape evidence plans, differentiation narratives, and publication strategies while coordinating with R&D, Medical, and Commercial teams.

MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent clinical qualification.
8–10 years in clinical, medical, or pharma industries with oncology/hematology exposure.
Strong understanding of early drug development and clinical trial design.
Proven stakeholder engagement and matrix management skills.
Excellent communication abilities across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global medical strategies for a subset of assets, including evidence generation, publication, and communication plans.
Collaborate with R&D, Medical, and Commercial teams to align on strategy and execution.
Engage with thought leaders and patient advocacy groups to inform programs.
Lead advisory boards and capture actionable insights for asset development.
Ensure clinical differentiation and optimize asset potential through integrated evidence plans and scientific narratives.
