DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Regional Director of Critical Infrastructure to lead maintenance across the specified facilities and regions.

You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage budgets, and drive vendor performance to ensure 100% uptime and compliance with company standards. The role requires 10+ years in a data center environment, deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a data center environment with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure (Gens/UPS/Transformers/Chillers).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; accountable and proactive.
• Formal electrical training or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management and operating oversight of the maintenance department.
• Develop plans to grow and enhance maintenance functions and services.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure uptime and compliance.
• Assess incidents and failures to drive timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to maintain services and programs.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet DataBank standards and risk criteria.
