Job summary

CT State Community College in New Britain invites applications for the College Director of Dual Enrollment. You will work with the College Director of Concurrent Enrollment to implement the new dual enrollment policy and provide training and technical assistance to districts and providers.

This on-site, tenure-track role includes grant administration, program implementation, and reporting, with collaboration across campus to expand dual enrollment options and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriately related field with two or more years of related experience and up to two years in supervision.
• Experience in higher education administration and dual enrollment programming.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Program implementation of the new CT State dual enrollment policy.
• Provide technical assistance to school districts and providers.
• Administration and reporting for the Dual Credit Expansion IHE grant.
• Attend convocation and commencement ceremonies and participate in committees.
