Job summary

Northeastern Technical College (NETC) is seeking a senior administrator to plan, develop, and oversee Division of Dual Enrollment programs. The role includes coordinating admissions, financial aid, enrollment processes, internships, and partnerships with high schools across Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Dillon Counties.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in student services or related field, a Master’s degree preferred, and experience in student services programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.
• Master’s degree and one year of experience in student services programs.
• Knowledge of basic principles and theories of student development and educational administration.
• Techniques related to individual or group counseling and public relations.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff and the general public while identifying, developing and implementing programs and activities.
• Ability to provide supportive counseling and supervise, train and evaluate personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions, financial aid, housing, records and registration as part of student services.
• Oversee and report on grant benchmarks and outcomes.
• Coordinate CIP code submissions to the SC Department of Education by CTE High School Directors.
• Advise and counsel workforce CTE coordinators and special populations cohorts during enrollment.
